X-rays are only taken if medically necessary; exclusions may apply for Medicare.
Your Two-Visit Onboarding Process
The first visit, about 60 minutes, focuses on your history and current concerns. Please complete the paperwork in advance and think about your main complaint, how it affects your life, and your goals. Dr. Brandon reviews everything and determines which objective tests are appropriate.
Visit two is about the same length as we discuss your Report of Findings. We explain test results, review your goals, and outline recommendations. If you’re ready, we’ll discuss financial options and you’ll receive your first adjustment at this visit.

What Care in Our Clinic Feels Like
Expect a welcoming atmosphere where your experience matters. To prepare your spine for adjustment, we use special mobility tools like the Pettibon system. Post-adjustment, vibration therapy reinforces alignment and supports nervous system adaptability. This brain-based approach helps your nervous system adapt more effectively.
You’ll receive coaching on healthy movement, nutrition, and mindset to help extend the benefits of your care, plus simple at-home exercises using the Spinal Hygiene System and WebExercises. Progress evaluations are scheduled regularly to measure function, not just how you feel.
Payments, Access, and Getting Here
We maintain a direct relationship with our patients and are out-of-network, though Medicare is accepted. Superbills are provided, and we accept HSAs, FSAs, and CareCredit®. Flexible payment options are available; Apple Pay is not currently supported.
Our office is located in the Vienna Oaks Condominium, across from James Madison High School and close to Chick-fil-A and Flagship Car Wash. Free parking is available. Entry requires about 10 steps, and there is no ramp or elevator. On-site digital X-rays and occasional same-day visits for acute cases add convenience.
